Brooke was a healthy, active athlete until an unexpected health crisis had her wondering how she would get her life back.

At age 15, she found herself getting prescribed steroids and inhalers for breathing problems that spiraled into adrenal burnout, weight gain, and depression. After searching for answers for 10 years and seeing more than 15 doctors, she found food to be medicine.

Brooke will share her story and some delicious recipes. And you'll get to try some of her funky plant-powered dishes...  how does chocolate chia seed pudding, cookie dough [chickpea] bites, and sweet potato orange salad sound?
