Farm to Table Dinner at Canal Junction Farm
June 16th, 2018 at 5:30 pm

Dinner on the rustic Canal Junction Farm prepared by Chef Jodi who served celebrities in Atlanta following her graduation from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in 2007.
This enchanted evening will include: cheese tasting with wine/beer, pork medallions with roasted fig (jack fruit for vegans), beet and grapefruit salad, spicy kale & chickpeas, and chocolate profiteroles filled with caramel ice cream.

The meat and cheese will be sourced from Canal Junction Farm, most produce sourced from Black Creek Organic Farm, and other items sourced as locally and chemical-free as possible.

Have delicious, local food in a lovely country setting, meet fellow foodies, and enjoy supporting local producers.
