Taste-testing Dinner Party

At the beginning of April, beetroot had the first home dinner demo party, or taste-testing evening.

It was..........a blast.

A full meal was served in courses at the jumbo kitchen island café featuring an eclectic menu of plant-based foods: all natural orange & lime margaritas, white bean tuscan appetizer dip with chips, roasted tomato cashew cheese pizza, thai cucumber salad, and banana ice cream with raw cacao syrup and coconut flakes!
